Peculiar Branch Opening in 2008

Our newest branch will be opening in early 2008 in Peculiar, Missouri. The new bank branch will introduce a unique, personal and private banking concept to Cass County. Our innovative branch design will eliminate the teller line and focus on individual service to our customers. Transactions will be conducted with personal banking representatives in the privacy and security of a private office environment. Sit down, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while your banker completes your transaction. Our personal bankers will help with all your financial needs, including deposits, lending, business banking and investments.

Customers will enjoy a complimentary coffee bar, concierge services, wireless Internet access and flat screen television viewing. For those in the community who need meeting space, BC National Banks will have rental conference and meeting rooms available.

MasterCard® SecureCode™ - Effective May 25, 2007

SecureCode is a service that helps protect MasterCard card accounts against unauthorized Internet transactions by using identity information established between an individual cardholder and his or her financial institution. BC National Banks, in conjunction with SHAZAM and Arcot Systems, are providing this service to you to improve the security of payment transactions in the electronic commerce environment. Once you activate SecureCode, your card cannot be used at a participating Internet merchant without authentication by an authorized user of your account.

You will find SecureCode easy to use. When you enroll in SecureCode and then use your MasterCard card for an Internet purchase at a participating merchant, a window displays requesting your password in much the same way you enter a PIN during a face-to-face transaction. After you enter your password, the information is authenticated and then the transaction is submitted to BC National Banks for authorization.

You may register and create a SecureCode by visiting www.MasterCardSecureCode.com beginning May 25, 2007. If the merchant where you are shopping is a participating merchant in this program, you must use a SecureCode to complete your transaction. An up-to-date list of participating online merchants is also available at www.MasterCardSecureCode.com. If you have not registered a SecureCode and you make an online purchase at a participating merchant, a window will pop up and prompt you to register for a SecureCode before the transaction can be completed.
