We will be upgrading your Online Banking service
soon. The purpose of the upgrade is to introduce our new online security enhancement, multi-factor Advanced Authentication.

Quicken (Q2003 or earlier) will still be permitted to download .QIF files until further notice.
Those with Quicken 2004 for Windows and Quicken 2005 for Macintosh, will not be able to download
transactions with WebConnect or DirectConnect.
Microsoft Money may be used by customers instead of Quicken 2004 for Windows or Quicken
